Vitamin C Booster


As winter is approaching and there are lots of little sniffs going around, thought I would make a little vitamin booster filled with loads of goodness to fight off any cold/ flu that is lurking around.

This juice is made with the following:


  • 2 x Oranges
  • 2 x Apples
  • 1 Celery Stem
  • Handful of Parsley
  • Cube of Ginger

Benefits of each ingredient:

Oranges contain vitamins and minerals that contribute to good health, and their antioxidant power contributes to a healthy immune system. Oranges have a high vitamin C content which works to help prevent infections.

Apples are high in soluble fiber which soothes digestion. They are a great source of Vitamin C

Celery is a natural diuretic and lessens fluid retention and reduces acidity in the body. It also calms the nervous system.

Parsley is an excellent cleanser of the liver, kidneys and bloodstream. It is packed full of iron and helps control high blood pressure.

Ginger is a natural antibiotic for the entire body and an immune system booster.
