Another yummy morning juice to kick start the day!

Mint & Pineapple

Ingredients:

1 x Handful of Mint

1 x Pineapple

2 x Apples

1 x Carrot

Benefits of each ingredient:

Mint is plentiful in basic nutrients. Peppermint is rich in manganese, vitamin A and vitamin C. It also is a good source of fiber, folate, iron, vitamin B2, potassium and copper. Mint is also a powerful natural diuretic.

Pineapples contain vitamins such as folic acid, calcium, magnesium, copper, potassium and phosphorus. They also contain enzymes and antioxidants. In addition, pineapple juice is a natural diuretic and is useful in treating urinary tract infections.

Apples are high in soluble fiber which soothes digestion. They are a great source of Vitamin C.

Carrots are a vitamin-rich root vegetable high in Vitamin A, K and C.A medium carrot will provide you with 2 g of fiber, or 7 percent of the daily recommended value.
