Blushing Raspberry

One of my favourite juicers so far! Love a little berry and found it absolutely delicious!


  • 3 x Apples
  • Handful of Raspberries
  • Half a peeled Pineapple (I used the little tub from Woolworths of already cut pieces)
  • 1 stem of celery

Benefits of each ingredient:

Apples are high in soluble fiber which soothes digestion. They are a great source of Vitamin C

Raspberries are extremely high in various antioxidants, which can help fight aging and slow cancer growth by scavenging destructive free radical molecules in your body. The water-soluble plant pigments that give the berry its vivid color are responsible for its anti-inflammatory properties

Pineapples contain vitamins such as folic acid, calcium, magnesium, copper, potassium and phosphorus. They also contain enzymes and antioxidants. In addition, pineapple juice is a natural diuretic and is useful in treating urinary tract infections.

Celery is a natural diuretic and lessens fluid retention and reduces acidity in the body. It also calms the nervous system.
