Parsley is an excellent cleanser of the liver, kidneys and bloodstream. It is packed full of iron and helps control high blood pressure.
Celery is a natural diuretic and lessens fluid retention and reduces acidity in the body. It also calms the nervous system.
Cucumbers have excellent diuretic properties and have a high content of beta-carotene. They are rich in silica which is beneficial to hair, nails and skin.
