Pear, Cucumber and Celery Rejuvenator

Had the most awesome yoga session on the beach yesterday afternoon/ evening. The sun was still shining, there was a gentle breeze and loads of people enjoying the calm ocean. Here is a pic of the gorgeous Tam Lewis from Little Palm Tree Yoga and our beautiful setting.

This morning’s juice was a energetic drink and a great rejuvenator for the body. Its gives you energy for the day while your body flushes toxins out of the system.

  • 3 Pears
  • 1 Cucumber
  • 1 Celery Stalk

Benefits of each ingredient:

Pears are good source of Vitamin C

Cucumbers help rejuvenate muscles

Celery reduces acids in the body which helps rid the body of toxins
