Easy healthy Dinner

Last night I made a very simple vegetable stir fry but was fill of delicious wholesomeness! I literally cut up a whole bunch of veg and fried in olive oil (and soya sauce if you wish) served with Basmati Rice and Coriander. I used the following ingredients:

  • Peppers
  • Mushrooms
  • Onions
  • Garlic
  • Green Beans
  • Baby Corn
  • Baby Marrow
  • Coriander (used to garnish)
  • Soya Sauce
