So last night I was feeling very lazy after a long day and the thought of making dinner was too big a task….especially when you need to be creative and super healthy at the same time.
So we decided to grab take out! Which can be a very stressful task when on this diet but there are actually quite few places that cater for “special” diets.A lot of restaurants now have vegetarian or vegan options and you can also ask for them to leave out certain ingredients.
We headed to Bangkok Wok in the village and I ordered a Jasmine Rice with Oriental grilled phak choy, peppers, oriental mushrooms & roasted garlic. And it was delicious! They also do rice noodles with Asian Veg which is another great option. Check out the Bangkok Menu.
